收藏着录： 石渠宝笈初编（御书房），下册，页1094 收藏着录： 故宫书画录（卷二），第一册，页14 内容简介（中文）： 董其昌（西元一五五五－一六三六年），江苏华亭人。字玄宰，号思白。万历十七年进士，官至礼部尚书，諡文敏。天才隽逸，善书画，富收藏，精鑑赏。行楷之妙，称绝一代。本幅未署年，由所钤「青宫太保」之印，知为崇祯九年（一六三四），诏加太子太保致仕以后之作。此作采用原帖部分笔法，并含熟中带生之趣；结字则变原帖之散乱为整密，不落颜楷之窠臼。 内容简介（英文）： Tung Ch'i-ch'ang, a native of Kiangsu, obtained his chin-shih degree in 1589 and went on to become Minister of Rites. He was a great talent and excelled at painting and calligraphy. Also a collector and outstanding connoisseur, his semi-standard script calligraphy was considered the best of the time. This work is undated, but the "Grand Guardian of the Heir Apparent in the Ch'ing Palace' seal indicates it was done after 1634, the year Tung was given this position. The brushwork faithfully follows the original, but also has a rawness in its maturity. Tung altered the random structure of the characters in the original by executing them neatly but did not lose the pattern of Yen's standard script.
