收藏着录： 故宫书画录（卷八），第四册，页128 卷 收藏着录： 故宫书画图录，第十四册，页137-138 内容简介（中文）： 杨大章，乾隆时供奉内廷，作品见于乾隆三十一年（一七六六）至乾隆五十六年（一七九一）间，工笔人物、花鸟。设色画梧桐竹石，众鸟翔集。凤凰、白鹤、鸳鸯双栖其下，色彩鲜艳，呈现一片祥瑞之气。当时宫廷绘画喜好吉祥，本幅题材与画风即属此类。 内容简介（英文）： Phoenixes Under Firmiana TreesYang Ta-chang (fl. 1766-1791)Ch’ing Dynasty Yang Ta-chang served in the inner court under the Ch’ien-lung Emperor (r. 1736-1795). His works are dated to the period from 1766 to 1791, and he painted figures and birds-and-flowers in the fine-line manner. In ink and colors, Yang Ta-chang here has painted firmiana trees among bamboo and rocks, where a group of birds has gathered. These brilliantly colored phoenixes, cranes, and mandarin ducks symbolize happiness and good fortune. This scroll is thus evidence of the popularity of auspicious subject matter and this particular style at the time.
